REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a strict NO REFUND policy on all digital items.

 

For Services, you have 24 hours to cancel for a full refund.  After that 24 hour period, there are no refunds permitted.  Unless a separate agreement is made in writing for a specific service, cancellations of monthly services can be made at anytime in writing to hello@thefinancialexperience.org.  However, there are no refunds as previously stated after 24 hours of securing services.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  This is typically more applicable to digital items.

 

Although the skill-set and experience of those working with or for The Financial Experience are at a high level, No services are guaranteed as a significant part of a successful outcome is reliant on the client to adhere to guidance and instructions.  However, please refer to the cancellation instructions above if you are not satisfied with services.  Please also be advised that it is best to express your concerns first with us as poor reviews are not a normal occurrence and could truly hurt the credibility of our organization.  Successful outcomes are expected.  However, time frames vary from case to case.  We are here to see you succeed in your financial goals.
